Refund and Cancellation Policy
Return and Refund Policy
At Taara Jewels, we want you to love every purchase you make. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy with a unique twist — instead of a direct refund, we provide a special offer for future purchases! We accept return requests only when the product delivered is in defective/damaged condition or is different from the ordered product. However, an unboxing video and images of the received parcel must be mailed to us at jewelstaara@gmail.com within 24 hours on receipt of parcel. A verification of the complaint will be done and accordingly. To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.
Once we receive your return request, we'll guide you through the process of how you can exchange your product or we’ll assist you in selecting an alternative product for future purchase and the amount will be adjusted in the same.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged items, incorrect order, etc.).

Return Exceptions
Return reasons like the product is heavy or long or big or small are not accepted, as we mention all the product details in the description of the product and also clear pictures are available for the reference.
Colour or design variation- Colour variation can occur due to different display of the device on which the product is viewed. All our products are handcrafted and machine produced so there are chances of little difference in design from the picture uploaded.

Cancellation Policy
The customer has no provision to cancel the order after payment made. However, a refund/replacement will be provided to the customer as per the Return and Refund Policy
